Delivery Policy: 

All orders within the USA qualify for free shipping, excluding accessory-only orders.

Shipping Time:  

Your order will arrive within 3-45 working days, depending on location and customization requirements.

- Order Processing: 1-2 working days

- Handcrafted Customization: 7-15 working days

- Port Arrival: 12-13 working days

- Truck or FedEx Delivery: 7-13 working days (Truck companies do not deliver on weekends)

Please be sure to answer calls from our trucking company and FedEx to ensure successful delivery.

Once your order has been picked up by the truck or FedEx, we will send you a tracking number via email. Tracking information will be updated one business day later (excluding weekends). If you have not received your order, please contact us for assistance.

 
Shipping Costs & Destinations:

We currently offer free shipping to the contiguous United States.

Note: We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, military APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
